Mortar Additives

YAPIHarç PWR is a rendering additive in powder form which provides softness, flexibility and vvorkability to the mortar with an additional benefit of long term vvater repellent properties. YAPIHarç PWR is an excellent one-component additive for manufecturing of pre-mixed, long life mortar for rendering. It is also suitable for "on-site-mixing".

Application:

1 bag Cement + Sand + 1 pack YAPIHARÇ PWR First the dry mixture is prepared, then the water is added. Compared to conventional mortars less vvater is needed. It has to be glazed before it dries completely. In order to obtain total vvater repellent sürfece, the sürfece should be dampened tvvice a day for 5-6 days.

Field of use:

Outside fine plaster, Single layer plaster, Water repellent grout mortar

Advantages:

Compared to conventional mortars, YAPIHarç PWR: Decreases application period up to 30%, Decreases paint consumption up to 30%

Package:

YAPIHarç PWR is supplied in 1,5 kg polyethylene bags in a cardboard box (20 bags/box) and also in bulk.

Caution

Storage and Shelf Life:
Use the vvhole bag at one time. Sealed packs can be stored at temperatures betvveen g 5 to +50°C Do not expose the packages to direct sun light for long periods. The shelf life is 2 years; under the advised storage conditions

Healtlı Concems:
Avoid inhaling the fine povvder particles. Alkaline materials can seriously damage eyes therefore eye protection is strongly recommended. Alkaline materials are also harmfol for skin therefore use of protective gloves are recommended. Keep away from children and animals.
