Mortar Additives

SüperHARÇ is a plaster additive in powder form, which provides softness, flexibility and workability to the mortar. SüperHARÇ is an excellent one-component additive for the manufacture of "on-site-mixingn. It is also suitable for pre-mixed, long life mortar plastering.

Application:

1 bag Cement (50kg) + Sand + 1 pack SüperHARÇ First of all the dry mixture is prepared, then the water is added. Compared to conventional mortars less water is needed. The mortar keeps the water in its body for 4 days therefore less cracks occur. The plaster should be wet for 2-3 days.

Field of use:

inside and outside rough plaster mortar, inside and outside fine plaster mortar, Brick laying mortar.

Advantages:

Compared to conventional mortars, SüperHARÇ: Decreases paint consumption up to 20-30% Decreases application period up to 30% Increases the volüme and covers up to 25-30% more area compared to mortar with no SüperHARÇ

Package:

1 kg polyethylene bags in a cardbo ard box (25 bags/box) and also in bulk.

Caution

Storage and Shelf Life:
Use the whole bag at one time. Sealed packs can be stored at temperatures between g 5 to +50°C Do not expose the packages to direct sun light for long periods. The shelf life is 2 years; under the advised storage conditions

Healtlı Concems:
Avoid inhaling the fine powder particles. Alkaline materials can seriously damage eyes therefore eye protection is strongly recommended. Alkaline materials are also harmfol for skin therefore use of protective gloves are recommended. Keep away from children and animals.
