Mortar Additives

SüperŞAP is a powder additive for preparation of soft and easily leveled flooring mortar; especially usefull for repairing and leveling uneven floor surfaces. This product is not for making self-leveling mortar hovvever it helps to prepare a highly workable mbcture so ttıat leveling becomes easy. It minimizes shrinkage cracks and dust fbrmation with less cement use.

Application:

1 bag Cement + Sand + 1 pack süperŞAP First the dry mixture is prepared, then the water is added. Compared to conventional mortars less water is needed. The surface should be dampened for 2-3 days.

Field of use:

All surface leveling mortars for both rough and fine layers Coverage ~10-llsqm and 2,5 cm thick floor can be obtained vvittı a pack of SüperŞAP, a bag of cement and necessary amount of sand.

Advantages:

Compared to the conventional laying mortars, SüperŞAP:Decreases application period up to 20% Increases the volüme and covers up to 25-30% more area compared to laying mortar with no SüperŞAP

Package:

SüperŞAP is supplied in 1 kg polyethylene bags in a cardboard box (25 bags/box) and also in bulk

Caution

Storage and Shelf Life:
Use the vvhole bag at one time. Sealed packs can be stored at temperatures betvveen g 5 to +50°C Do not expose the packages to direct sun light for long periods. The shelf life is 2 years; under the advised storage conditions

Healtlı Concems:
Avoid inhaling the fine povvder particles. Alkaline materials can seriously damage eyes therefore eye protection is strongly recommended. Alkaline materials are also harmfol for skin therefore use of protective gloves are recommended. Keep away from children and animals.
